AI, integration & automation for your business – built into the systems you already run
Your problem is my business. I connect your ERP, e-commerce store and the tools your team lives in, automate the manual work between them – and add AI where it actually saves time and money.
No cost, no commitment. 30 minutes, we map 2–3 places where automation or AI will save you the most.
A typical flow I build
Three ways to make your business run itself
The world changed. The systems you already own are good – they just don't talk to each other, and a lot of what your team does by hand no longer has to be. That's where I come in.
AI implementation
Not "open ChatGPT" – real AI wired into your existing workflow. Things that could not be automated two years ago can be now, and at the cost of a regular automation project.
- Read invoices, orders and emails straight into your ERP
- Generate quotes and documents from your own data
- Customer-service answers backed by live system data
Integration & automation
Connecting the different systems of your business so data flows end-to-end without anyone retyping it. I help you decide which systems to connect, in what order, and build it.
- Web orders landing automatically in the ERP
- Every lead saved as a customer in the CRM
- Stock, prices and invoices synced across channels
Tech mentoring
Your expertise is running the business. Mine is finding the right technology for it. Choose right, decide precisely, pay less.
- Picking the right vendor and supervising delivery
- Choosing tools that fit – through development and rollout
- Building a custom system with AI when nothing off-the-shelf fits
AI in your business – without replacing the systems that already work
Most businesses don't need an "AI revolution". They have an ERP, an online store, accounting software and a way of working refined over years. What they need is to find the spots where someone sits and types, copies, reads and sorts by hand – and let the computer do that instead.
Supplier invoices read directly into the ERP
Scanned, photographed, every supplier in a different format – even in Hebrew. AI reads them, extracts structured fields, and the record is created in Priority. No typing, no copy errors, no paper pile at month-end.
Quotes in minutes, not hours
A system that knows your past proposals, your writing style and your pricing, and produces a professional, formatted quote in minutes. It's how iTa Solutions' own quotes are built today.
Answers connected to real data
"Where is my order?" – the AI understands the question, pulls the actual status from your system and replies. Not a scripted chatbot; an assistant wired to your live data.
Store → ERP → warehouse → carrier
For clients like Segal Baby, Diamond Chef and Foldees, online orders flow automatically into the ERP, the warehouse and the logistics provider – including VAT, local formats and all the small details global platforms don't know about.
Why iTa Solutions?
Because real AI implementation is integration: connecting the AI to your existing systems so information flows from one end to the other with no manual step in between. That's what I've done for years – integrations between Priority, SAP, Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix and dozens of other systems – and AI is simply the newest, most powerful tool in that toolbox.
Not a product off the shelf
I come in, learn how your business works today, find where the time is being burned – and build a solution that fits into your existing way of working instead of replacing it.
Let the world's best platforms work for you

Frequently asked questions
What does iTa Solutions do?
iTa Solutions is an AI, integration and automation consultancy founded by Itamar Shelach. It connects a business's ERP, e-commerce store and everyday tools so data flows between them without manual retyping, automates repetitive back-office work, and adds AI where it actually saves time and money – for example reading supplier invoices into the ERP or answering customer questions with live order data.
Which systems and platforms do you integrate?
ERP systems such as Priority, SAP and Comax; e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix and Konimbo; marketplaces, CRMs, shipping carriers and logistics providers; and automation and AI platforms such as Make.com, Zapier, Google Cloud, AWS and Claude by Anthropic. If a system has an API, it can usually be connected.
Do I need to replace my existing systems to use AI?
No. The approach is the opposite: keep the ERP, store and accounting software that already work, and connect AI to them. AI is added at the specific points where someone currently types, copies, reads or sorts by hand.
What can AI realistically automate in a small or mid-sized business?
Common examples are reading invoices, orders and emails (including scanned or Hebrew documents) straight into the ERP, generating quotes and documents from the company's own data, validating and enriching order data before it reaches the ERP, and customer-service answers such as "where is my order?" backed by real system data.
Do you work with clients outside Israel?
Yes. iTa Solutions is based in Israel and works remotely with clients in Europe, the United States and Israel, in English and Hebrew. Time zone is GMT+2/+3.
How does a project start, and what does it cost?
Every project starts with a free 30-minute discovery call to map 2–3 places where automation or AI would save the most. After that you get a plain-language proposal with the scope, the cost and the expected savings, so the price depends on the specific project and is clear before any work begins.
Who is behind iTa Solutions?
Itamar Shelach, the founder. Before iTa Solutions he spent six years as a product manager at Konimbo, Israel's largest e-commerce platform, responsible for customer solutions, system integrations and internal systems, with hands-on experience across hundreds of online stores.
