# iTa Solutions

> iTa Solutions is an AI, integration and automation consultancy founded by Itamar Shelach. It connects a business's ERP (Priority, SAP, Comax), e-commerce store (Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, Konimbo) and everyday tools so data flows between them without manual retyping, automates repetitive back-office work, and adds AI where it saves time and money. Based in Israel, working remotely with clients in Europe, the US and Israel, in English and Hebrew.

- **AI implementation**: AI wired into existing workflows – reading invoices, orders and emails (including scanned and Hebrew documents) into the ERP, generating quotes and documents from company data, customer-service answers backed by live system data.
- **Integration & automation**: web orders landing automatically in the ERP, leads saved as CRM customers, stock, prices and invoices synced across channels, orders routed to warehouses, carriers and dropship suppliers.
- **Tech mentoring**: choosing vendors and tools, supervising delivery, building custom AI-based systems when nothing off-the-shelf fits.

## Founder

Itamar Shelach – previously six years as a product manager at Konimbo, Israel's largest e-commerce platform, responsible for customer solutions, system integrations and internal systems. Hands-on experience with hundreds of online stores and clients including Strauss, Office Depot, Toyland, Nisko and Amtal.
