I recently made a number of integrations with the systems of the Azrieli and Walla Shops malls, for those who are unfamiliar with these two online malls that combine under them many parking lots that are known through their platform.

By connecting an API (integration) between the business management system (ERP) and the system of Azrieli or Walla Shops, we were able to automate several processes:

• Broadcast Orders - Orders entered through Azrieli or Walla Shops automatically arrive at the Business Management System (ERP) with the relevant information in the right places, in order to save manual typing work, errors and employee time.

• Inquiry transmission - Inquiries that come through Azrieli to the business are automatically transferred to the customer management system (CRM) and answers generated in the customer management system (CRM) are transmitted back to Azraili, in order to work in one system that coordinates inquiries from all sales channels.

• Inventory update - Updates the inventory in the Azrieli system according to the inventory managed in the business management system (ERP) so that orders are not created for products that are not in stock.
